Database \ PhP script needs modification

We have a script that pulls testimonials from a database and it changes as you roll over the icons. ---> [login to view URL] <--- We created a new page called job openings ---> [login to view URL] <--- and a new database where it will pull from. All we need is for you to change up the roll over icons. Instead of the icons we want simple buttons that will have the name of the job in it. Maybe have the button pull the job info from the database for the name or make the button name easy to change for us. We also need a spot for the person to upload his / her job resume for the job he / she likes. Attached are a few images of how we would like the menu bar set up. We also want the buttons to turn orange on roll over just like the old ones did.
