Customized scroll bar

The site I'm talking about is [[login to view URL] ][1]When you go to the inner pages you will see the scroll bar appearing in the text area at the moment the scroll bar is not actually a scroll bar it is in fact an image and the page moves up or down when you click the image on the respective corners. We want to have a simulated scroll bar that replaces the above mentioned scroll image This custom scroll bar would be have all the functions of normal scroll bar, see the following Windows mouse scroll wheel event should be handled accordingly The scrolling block should move in the scrolling track The scroll bar should be resized automatically according to the length of the page and the contents of the page We need a javascript to do it. Strictly no ActiveX controls.
