Custom Website Tool Bar

We need a custom fixed floating tool bar for our website. When we say custom we need for the tool bar to match our current design scheme and want it to have that wrap around look like the examples we have provided. ## Deliverables The bar starting from Left to Right: The round ONE logo Translate Button - from [login to view URL] AddThis Icons- Same Layout as you see at top of my website YouTube - Icon and link to youtube page BBB Logo - Icon and link to BBB page My website is [login to view URL] and this is where the bar will be installed. If you look at the footer of our website where it says "Return to top of page" That is the color and width we want out toolbar to be.
