Content Management System

Thank you for reviewing my project. I need a content management system wrote for my family website. It needs to be so simple my grandma could update it. I have included a detailed set of instructions and the files needed for you to upload to your server for testing purposes. Instructions are located inside the .zip folder. I need this to be compatable with my current server provider [[login to view URL]][1] If there are suggestions you have or changes you think would be better dont hesitate to relay them to me before bidding.
