The overall design and site structure should be exactly the same - though I want to incorporate our enclosed logo and color palette.?

The website should support 2 languages (english and norwegian).

The site should be made in a easy to use and update CMS-systems - and please state in your bid what CMS system you suggest for this job.

All text and graphics must be able to edit and change easily in the CMS system, this goes for the Titles as well.

The site must comply with W3C.org-rules and be technically optimized for SEO.
