Our website sells a software product. We use ClientExec ([login to view URL]) for purchases, licensing, etc. We use Hesk helpdesk software ([login to view URL]) for our support ticket system.
We would like to integrate these so that customers will only be able to access the support ticket system if they have an active license that includes support (customers can purchase 3 or 6 month support packages) or if they purchase a one-time support ticket via the ClientExec system.
