CCBill & Epoch Billing solution for existing site

I need a programmer with experience setting up sites using CCBill and Epoch billing processors. I have an adult site, with gay themed content. Currently I have a custom affiliate program, using MPA3 software. I'm closing this affiliate program. MPA3 (on my dedicated server) currently manages my members billing and rebills, usernames and passwords, and member subscription info from several sub-accounts on CCBill and Epoch billing. I have one other membership site that I'm closing too, but I'm moving all of those paying members to my new Main site. What I need: is a ONE custom billing script, that manages all of my members usernames/passwords, billing dates, all rebills in the future, for my Main site. ## Deliverables I need a programmer with experience setting up sites using CCBill and Epoch billing processors. I have subscription info stored in my software MPA3 from both Epoch & CCBill billing processors, both subscriptions need to be moved to my MAIN site. I have subscriptions coming from another membership site that I'm closing too, those subscriptions need to be moved to the new site as well. In the end, I only want to have one billing script that processes new subscriptions with CCBill for my new site, but will also process all past rebills for CCBill and Epoch, from my old site and MPA3 (I was previously using Epoch & CCBill on MPA3). I'll need a new signup page, I have the graphics, just needs to be moved to my main site and off of MPA3. If I can set it up to have the user choose their user/pass on CCBill instead of my signup page, that would be ideal.
