Back Office - Phase I - IV

3StrikesDesign is seeking a developer to assist us with our internal back office management system. Project will be done in several phases, you are bidding on Phase I thru IV of the project. **Project Background:** Development of a php/mysql based back office management tool to help us manage different areas of our business. This tool will handle web hosting orders, web design orders, project management, work order management, billing, marketing management, and more to come.... **Phase I - Core Module:** Development of initial administration/user management area. Setup of coding style, module usage, and template abilities. Define core application/database. Creation of admin, staff, and user screens which will include a dashboard. **Phase II - Work Order Management Module:**** **Development of work order management system to allow office and tech staff to create, assign, update and close tech support work orders. Auto generate wo numbers and give ability to track progress. Allow for customers to create WO's via online form. **Phase III - Website Design Orders: **Development of the web design order module to allow a design order to be entered by end user or sales staff. Generate order number and ability to track progress of order. Add to dashboard for customer and assigned developer. **Phase IV - Website Hosting/Domain Orders:** Development of the website hosting/domain order module to allow website hosting orders to be placed from several websites. Management of servers, packages, coupons, etc... abilities to create, suspend, cancel accounts on cPanel servers. Integration with Directi/Reseller Club for domain order and management. We are seeking a long term relationship with a developer for the duration of the project. Please provide samples of your work along with your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
