Adobe Business Catalyst eCommerce Guru Needed for coding complex taxation

NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ADOBE BUSINESS CATALYST ECOMMERCE EXPERIENCE I CANNOT USE YOU FOR THIS PROJECT. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. If you do reply and don't have the qualifications I cannot use you in the future because you don't read and follow instructions! --- Need to integrate multiple levels of taxation, only for products shipping within New York State (USA). Tax rate varies within NY by "ship to location" (approx 80 different tax jurisdictions). My online store sells food items (no tax), merchandise (taxed at 4-8%) and clothing (taxed at 2-5%). I loaded the merchandise tax rates for all the different jurisdictions and Business Catalyst is calculating the "no tax" and "merchandise tax" fine. Problem is, I cannot figure out a way to set the clothing tax when combined with merchandise on the same order. Second issue not as critical as taxation issue is that furniture items are "pickup only" and we'd like to see if there is a way to spit a single order for UPS and pickup only (short of placing on two separate orders). I need a solution for the tax issue - and fast. Experienced Business Catalyst eCommerce Gurus only!
