Add Real-time data from deal-of-the-day sites

On my site I have a listing of deal-of-the-day sites. It is located here: [login to view URL] I want to show **real-time data** on each of the sites listed, similar to this site: [login to view URL] I have attached a file that contains the RSS feeds from those sites that have them. The others will have to be "scraped" (using Dapper perhaps?). I assume that the best way to manage the information is with a MySQL database, but you guys are the experts so I'll leave that up to you. I need to be able to display this information in a table. Setting up the table is part of the job.
