ASP.NET Chart C# User-Control

Daily finance-chart data filling to Chart-Control in C# / ASP.NET (straight forward project with exact specification) ## Deliverables Finance-Daily Chart data filling to Chart-Control in C# / ASP.NET This small-project is straight-forward and has hardly any programming-obstacles. Clean and exactly working code is required. If you think you are experienced to do so, you are welcome to bid. Scope We have daily financial data (end-day quotes)? on several companies and want to compare them to each-other using several line-charts within a chart-control on a logarithmic scale. Our project uses ASP.NET 2.0 and C# as the programming language. The chart-control requested should be a ASP.NET C#? User-Control. There exist free good chart-controls for ASP.NET which are ready to use. I prefer here WebChart ([login to view URL]), but am also open to functionally equivalent? and free alternatives (no restrictions). Requirements The Chart-Data I want to pass to the chart control daily data as an array of quotes for each chart-line in the form of Array of: Date (type:DateTime) Value (float. E.g. 500, 42.3, 67, ... absolute-value. Should be converted to % change by chart-control. 100 % is the first value of the Chart-Data provided in Array) Each chart-line also has a chart-name (Company-Symbol. Should be shown somewhere on/beside the chart-control. Correlation of company-symbol to its chart-line should be clear by color) Scaling and how to show data For the project I need the data to be viewable as line-charts (X-Achsis: time, Y-Achsis: value). Optionally more than one chart should be loaded into the same chart-user-control. The value should be shown optionally as absolute value, linear percent change and logarithmic percent change relative to the first quote loaded into the chart. All chart-data-arrays of the line chart plotted on the chart-control should be limited to from and to date. If chart-data of a chart begins after from-date or before to-date these missing values are to be set to 0 (or if possible not shown). If a chart has no data for a specific date, the previous date's value should be taken. Weekends need not to be ignored and should be considered (if no quote provided for weekend friday end quote should be taken; same principle as above). Legend Company-Names correlated to chart should be written on top of the chart (or beside the chart) From & To date should be written on top of the chart X-Achsis (time)? : If time-range between to-date and from-date < or = 1 month, days should be written on legend. Otherwise if time-range < or = 1 year months should be written on legend. Otherwise if time-range > 1 year years should be written on legend. Y-Achsis (value) : Divide Y-Achsis in 7 equal parts and write value / percent change. Negative Percent changes should have a minus sign in front of them.
