Create PSD and HTML templates from a PDF scan

I found a website with an awesome layout and I was going to use it as a model for a new website I want to build. Normally, this isn't too hard - but of course, the company went and changed their website recently and I can no longer view it. HOWEVER, when I found the website, I printed out pages in color. What I need is for someone with good Photoshop / HTML skills to create this website in a HTML / Photoshop format, based on the PDF scans that are attached to this project. Note that the intention is just to use the design for inspiration. It is certainly will not be "copied"! This is a very easy project for someone with good Photoshop / HTML skills. ## Deliverables These are the project requirements: 1. Re-create the attached PDF documents as different Photoshop files. All elements within the Photoshop file should be editable (buttons etc etc) 2. Create HTML templates based on the PDF documents, using the various elements you have created in the PSD files. Note that the intention is just to use the design for inspiration. It is certainly will not be "copied"!
