Create 5 Custom business images from professional photos and text

I need to have 5 images made for a site. I want the images to be 770 x 243, and be styled just like the one that I have included to this post. I do not have the stock photos, so you will need to supply them or have an istockphoto account. I want the photos that you use to be very professional and business like. If you are interested in bidding, please show me a link to some possible pictures that you might use for this. So, I want these pictures to be used in the same manner as the example image that I have provided, in that the image will need to fade out to the right to make room for the text that I want you to put in there. I will supply the text at the time of the bid acceptance, and I want the text to look very similar to the example I have provided. In addition to these 5 images with text in a jpeg format, I also want a photoshop version of the images so I can change the text later on should I need to. If you have any questions, please ask.
