Combine 2 Flat File Databases

Current [login to view URL] affiliates can sign-up and edit their information via our site. This information is stored in a flat file database. This works fine. The problem is that when I have an advertiser or sponsor of our game, their information must be manually added to another flat file database by me and then uploaded to our server. The data that is stored in the affiliate database is the same information I could use for the sponsor data. The only difference is that the sponsors use "sponso01", "sponso02", etc for identification while or affiliates are given ID's by our software. What I need is get our software, which I believe in written in perl, to use our affiliate information and do away with the sponsor database. This would allow our advertisers to have access to their advertising information where they can make changes without my intervention. One addition to the affiliate database would be a 150 character text field that needs to be added and must have the same edit capabilities as our current affiliate database. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
