Auction site main page

I run an Auction site and the main page is html embedded in an .pl file. I would like it to be an shtml page so ssi can be [login to view URL] ssi pages would have to be done as well. You can see site at [login to view URL] I would like my outgoing emails beefed up a bit with logo and html in,instead of just a text page. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform linux
