Automotive Lead Engine and Ping Tree Needed to Post to DT Bridge and Other Buyers

The project below was written by another individual and as such I am very much interested in anyone who can assist me. Preferably someone who has already implemented whereby the project turnaround is quick. Thanks, Automotive Lead Engine and Ping Tree Needed to Post to DT Bridge and Other Buyers Budget: $ 1,000 - $2,000 Description: I need a Lead Engine and a ping tree created to collect and distribute automotive consumer lead information. The data will need to be viewable via a backend, able to be edited, deleted, etc. The ping tree must be able to ping and post to Detroit Trading’s DT Bridge as well as other lead buyers. The Ping Tree must be capable of accommodating a multiple tier price structure and collect data in real time as well as report monthly. Must be initially created with all 2006 make/models data for all cars, trucks and SUVs available in the US with the ability for me to manually update the database in future years. System must be consistent with requirements by buyers such as DetroitTrading, Tradeinvalue, carprices, Dealix, [login to view URL], AutoByTel, iMotors, etc. Standard requirements for the DT Bridge may be found at [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The package should include a two page lead engine template. The first page will collect Make, Model, year and zip. As an alternate format, make and model (only) may be created on Page 1. The second page will collect industry standard data. Page 2 must have the same look/feel as the rest of the site. See [login to view URL] for required fields. Backend must be able to enroll affiliates and track affiliate leads. Affiliate data will only be able to be viewed by said affiliate and our administrator. Affiliates would receive a script to insert into their sites. Script would include affiliate number and would generate the four or two field drop down menu described above. The Ping and Post must be customizable to either ping sequentially or in broadcast mode to multiple buyers. Fee must include support for 12 months, if needed to fix bugs. Do not submit a quote if you do not have 3 years experience in the automotive lead generating business using the industry’s standard protocol for Ping & Post. It would be ideal to view a similar working system the bidder has developed before the project is authorized. Immediate payment upon successful testing of system.
