Excello - competitive gaming (eSports) organisation

Excello is a competitive gaming (eSports) organisation that has its own team and does its own tournaments. We are looking for a developer \ team of developers to make our new site which should have the same features as the current one ([login to view URL]) as well as an improved tournament system (with double elimination, group & league format), different admin levels, new tags and user points (awarded for activity). The site would have a new design that is already done (in .psd). The current site is done in PHP but the new one could be done in any language as long as the db (users) would work in it.
