Desktop Application that can operate power shot Camera and scanner

I need to incorporate to a windows app (net) functionality that allow me to control a cannon power shot, and a scanner i need to be able to take the picture, crop it, size it and save it, along with the name, and address of the person in the picture the scanner needs to take 3 diferent scans save it, along with the name and address of the person of the scanned documents.
