cubecart v5 bulk product uploader

I have a cubecart v5 installation. I have the product information in excel sheets. I want a script that will be integrated in the admin panel of cubecart v5 where I can upload the excel sheet and press a button and it will automatically read the excel sheet and update the cubecart database with all my products. The script should auto link the images of the products (will be uploaded to the ftp site already), and automatially fill in the all the known details of the product. Once all the products are uploaded they should all be marked as out of stock and also a nice report should be generated summarising all the products that were uploaded. I will then need another script that will grab the out of stock details from a website and then go through the entire cubecart and sync with this list so that product out of stock information is up to date in the cubecart database. After this script is run only products and product options that are available can be purchased by customers as others will be out of stock. This will be a script I will run as a cron job but it should also be linked in the admin panel. Running it from the admin panel will create a report of all the products and whether they are in stock or out of stock. I would like these scripts implemented as plugins to cubecart so that the core code is not modified and so I can easily upgrade cubecart without having to worry about merging code. Cubecart v5 supports plugins for developers. Please check to see you can make it as a plugin. Scripts must be tested properly.
