Complete an ecommerse site for me

Hi,
I started to build a website with Agiletechnosys and Consistentsys. However, it is already three months, and they still did not complete my site. They also do not respond to my queries. Thus, I am looking for someone who can complete the site.
The following was used to build the site: CSS, AJAX, jQuery, php MYSQL, Linux, Adobe Photoshop.
This is the list of the work that needs to be done:
1) The payment gateways have to be completed.
2) A field should be made for Product description in listings,
3) Currency set in South African Rands, and not US$,
4) Postal code accept any amount of numbers. At present, the postal code only accepts 4 digits,
6) ADVANCED SEARCH should be made
7) SECURITY should be added to the site, so no one can hack,
9) Customers should be able to add tickets. System should be same like Freelancer,
9) Integrate mailchimp, aweber or anything else, so that customers can get an email with new listings.
Finally, at present the site has no errors in codes or viruses, so when you finish, it should be the same.
At present, the site is responsive, so when you finish, it should work on mobiles, ipads, laptops, computers, etc.
