CRE Loaded - Shipping and attributes not passing through

I need someone to fix our cart. We use PayPal Website Payments Standard and the shipping charge from CRE Loaded is not being passed into PayPal. It should be $10 for shipping, but nothing shows up. Also, the attributes that the customer chooses for the product also don't show up in PayPal, we'd like to have that information passed into PayPal as well. Small time frame and small budget for this, but for the right programmer, this shouldn't take long I imagine.
