Auto advertising system with paypal

I have a existing project that completed by LNMP using CodeIgniter framework. I would like to have a new function to let customer to post advertisement automatically by paying with paypal. You can visit my site by [login to view URL], sorry the language is Chinese and no English version. I would like to make it similar to [login to view URL] All cell data can be in a xml file. Workflow: 1. Customer enter advertising page. 2. Page list all available options for advertising. 3. Click on item that customer is interested in. 4. Enter text and select image to advertise, press button to start upload and insert record to database 5. Transfer to paypal site for payment. 6. After the payment is finish, redirect to my site from paypal, make the record status to "Paid", record the invoice number. 7. Once the request is approved by admin, system should available to generate advitse randomly according to formula provided. In this stage, no back-end pages required, we will approve the order in MySQL directly. Extra requirement 1. No direct modify on production server, you cannot edit file via FTP, you could develop via SSH(no GUI) or use source code I provided. 2. All label / text (except the xml file I mentioned above) should be located at {codeigniter_root}/application/language/eng 3.
