Hello, There are 2 type of click-to-dial functions. a) When user/agent clicks at any phone-number in CRM then he'll be able to talk to the person using his headphone/mic right from the browser. b) when user/agent clicks on any phone number in CRM then his IP Phone (or Soft Phone) will ring. Agent will attend the call and system will dial the other number as soon as agent has attended the call. So which type of click-to-dial you are looking for? Regards, Aneel
