Ajax, Javasript and PHP expert required

I'm currently looking for a javascript, ajax, jquery and php expert to fix a form.
Basically allow the form to produce a pop up for the following below when:
1. Checking if a user is logged in before the form can be submitted. User must be kept on the same page so the content they are submitting will not refresh.
Use a pop up box to allow the user to sign in or sign up
2. a pop up box to display magazines in a different view, when "Select a publication" is clicked. A big pop up box should appear displaying 4 magazines across and 10 downwards pls
