Data Capture application

I want to create an application using or compatible with MS products, that will; acquire specific fields/data from various online "searched" lists that I do. These will be open (not saved)searched lists that are not currently able to be saved easily. The searched fields need to be identified by user just as if highlighting a field to copy and paste into an excel spreadsheet or database. (generally somewhat similar to a mail merge feature in WORD). User needs to be able to build/specify a format for each specific site searched. I am assembling data from these lists so setting up the format once during a search (and saved for future use from each specific site) so the application can strip the data for me in bulk. I am currently doing this manually. Basically stripping certain fields only, and from various sources online. Then assembling the data in them. I also need to be able to update my lists regularly. I will be continually building an information list for my own business use and updating it. The data is readily available but cumbersome to use and this application will need to allow me to make my own files for my use. This is not for resale. But I may use it on several different computers all using XP. The comparison of of new vs old previous info is required as well. There will be many different database searches online so the application must be flexible and user defined during use. FYI - I have had one other coder do work for me in the past, but not from this site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform It will need to work with XP and MS Excel, Word.
