Calander and contact page needed

php/mysql only. no windows programming I need someone to finish the contact page and add a calander program to www.classyvictoria.com. I also need code added to each page that would block viewers from copying/saving anything from the site. Each page is basically an image that I created in photoshop. if you need the original psd files, I have those. This needs to be finished very quickly. 2-3 days. The calander needs a control panel where she can go in and indicate days that she is not available. I need ot to have a dropdown for the month, then show that month as well as the month before and after. As a month passes, It should delete the past months. The contact form needs to be able to send her an e-mail including all of the info entered as well as the user's e-mail address. It must be set up so there is **NO** prompt from windows that they are sending an e-mail. There are a lot of questions about the calander. I just want something that will place a "*" in the dates that she is not available. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
