I need an automated Linux based video conference setup. Preferably running on Fedora 7 or later. The system will be internet or IP based. The vision I have is that each computer will have a 'conference address' (like a phone number that will show on the screen after bootup) when another computer running this software wants to video conference with this machine they would need to dial the 'conference address' and will then be connected to this machine

## Deliverables

Please see the attached document explaining the rough guide of the screens required. Any Suggestions welcome.

Basically the aim of my software is to create a video conferencing system capable of being installed on two machines which when connected to the internet can establish a video conference between them ( Webcam, speakers and a microphone will be used) (scan Page 5 )shows the two machines connected to the internet. When they startup they automatically go to to the startup screen (scan Page1 a)nd logon to the server which shows that they are able to be logged on to.

You would also need to create the databse mechanism whereby each machine logs onto a server and marks itself as online. If a conference box is not logged on the server marks it as offline and any other conference box that trys to conference it will get a message saying 'machine offline'

Each machine can establish a video conference wit the other by simply typing in the conference address and pressing the 'dial' button chsoen as F10.

After the two machines connect the camera display of each party will show on the other computers screen with both Audio and video connections. see page 2.

The users then can continue their video conference meeting. the the video conference is fininshed they press F11 to disconnect
