Awesome New Joomla Template Needed

We have a brand new concept design that we would like to turn into a new Joomla template. The design concept is 3 PSD documents and wireframes and fonts. PSD include: 1. Home Page Concept 2. Article Page Concept 3. Category Page Concept, to follow Your task is to convert the designs into a Joomla template. The template requirements are: * All php, css and resulting HTML documents should validate without errors against W3Standards ([login to view URL]) please note that 3rd party module coding is not included in this. * K2 Article Module should be used for main page creation * Main Navigation and Footer should be dynamic * Easy Blog and Easy discuss modules should be encoded * Css should be responsive, where possible using dynamic sizing instead of fixed width. * The background image should either min 100% screen width * Template module positions should be descriptive, ie Main menu, Banner, Search etc. All unused module should be removed. * All junk CSS, php and HTLM should be removed from templates * Template needs to accurately transpose the concepts The site must render correctly in: IE 8+, Firefox 11+. Chrome, This must be a template and not a component or plugin any other feature The home page: * Section 1 - Top Banner, A dynamic that interacts like the one on this page - [login to view URL] * Section 2(see wireframe 1) each category bar should be clickable, if clicked the previous category closes and the new one appears. o Each category sub section should contain 2 images from selected feature articles. The top featured article should image to the left and preview/intro text to the right. below this the second featured image and title (left) and titles and links to latest articles (right). o Only Selected Sub Categories to be included not all. * Wish list - If more than 2 feature articles checked then each time page is loaded a random one is selected. Right Hand Column: Home Page * Section 3 - (Books) Should Vertical auto rotate featured images , titles and some intro text from the selected category( max 2 Articles visible) * Section 4 -One Large image of a featured article selectable in the back end * Section 5 - List of the latest 10-15 articles/ Comments Article Page * 4 latest articles in this category, as depicted We will provide the server and a vanilla Joomla install for you to create the template on.
