build a custom fragment on a ning.com site

Hello, I am looking for an experienced [login to view URL] platform developer to work on adding and implementing a custom fragment to my [login to view URL] social network site. What I need is a "Your Notes" box/area on each of my individual video pages. The "Your Notes" box will enable members to take their own personal notes on video classes/seminars available on the site. These notes will be saved and may be read on a future login, and access to, each particular video seminar page. Other members wont be able to see each others notes of course. Hopefully to build a "Your Notes" box/area it is as simple as copying the comments box fragment and hack it so that the new copy will act as a "personal notes" box instead of a public comments box (I guess some kind of caching is needed though)... see here for a screenshot of an example page..
