This section will basically be a profile of a company with the services they offer with some examples of their work, this will be in the form of an image, so for example a photographer will be able to post certain images of his work in a gallery as would a web developer. Extra Functions The Website Ø Extra Field when entering CV, the extra field is Security clearance and the opting need to be filled in in the admin section. Ø Premium advertising space for recruiters to pay for premium advertising on the site. I would like this to be put in the the advertising/employers section in the form of a calendar where companies can purchase a days advertising for a price, prices to be set in the admin section. When they purchase the day for advertising it becomes purchased and no other recruiter can purchase that day. The cost of the purchase of advertising is added to the employers/agents invoice. Ø Invoice system in the employers/agents section needs to be added, the invoices will be daily/weekly/monthly and can be printed or emailed, records of all invoices are to be kept whilst the account is live, also the option of making invoiving automated to a particular or various emails. Ø Jobs by email, this can be controlled for profile where a user will post what type of jobs interest them. Ø Suggest jobs when the user logs on, show premium jobs that are relevent to them at the top of there suggested or searched jobs. Ø Jobs by map of the Uk, CLICK TO REVEAL ALL JOBS IN THAT COUNTY! Ø Private messaging between users on the website Ø Recommendations under users profiles Ø The ability to search for profiles but not to view CV’s Ø Have the ability to type into search fields with suggestions popping up like google, if something is spealt incorrectly and search is pressed an alternative correct spelling is suggested. Better search facilities throughout the site. Ø An Ato Z of companies in the links section at the top. Ø Ability to read CV’s that are uploaded and kept in the same format. Ø Help section needs to be created. Ø Admin ??" need IP banning for the site. Ø Filter for swear words on all sections, if it finds one it will not post the advert, database for swear words controlled in the admin section. Ø Feedback section needed for ideas on site improvements, etc! Ø Rates to be selectable, i.e choices are pound, dollar, euro etc, again added in the control panel Ø Mouse over help for information tags throughout the site. Ø Ability to back up the database locally from the server from the admin section. Ø More secure URL’s for all jobs Ø When a job is applied for I would like an email to be fired to te users email account, automated response to application to users email and account on the jobsite inside there profile email. Ø In the order section of the admin I would like to see what the order is for, i.e premium advertising, resumes etc. Ø The ability to leave feedback on recruiters from the jobseekers, this option must be enabled from the admin section. Ø Some kind of reporting tool in the admin section that creates graphs and reports from different data in the site like the one in the recruiters section. Ø Better WYSIWYG in the messeging sections of jobseekers, recruiters and admin Ø Abililty to edit any page from the admin, i.e help, contact us etc. Ø On the recruiters section under my saved resumes I need a field in the table that shows what field of work that person is involved in, i.e desktop, project management etc, this could be picked from a field that the jobseeker will post as their primary job role. Ø User control section where the passwords can be reset by the admin. Ø A section within the recruiters section called previous candidates, this will show all candidates that have worked for them before with contact details, rating system, jobs they do! This will also be searchable for various criteria. Ø A section called current contractors employed by the agency, this will be personal who are currently working for that company, contracts can also be stored here within there profile with contract dates. When it get close to the end of the contract flags will pop up in this section as well as firing an email of to the recruiter that the contract is coming to an end. Ø In the employers section I want the job details to be posted next to the job title when viewing applicants. Some of these options are available in the site but as yet I hav to purchase the software, this is a rough idea of what I want on the site and is a means to get information on costs for bids.
