For already done international multi-language site - made with PHP/CodeIgniter MySQL - I need a Russian PHP coder to make the admin pages. Any good PHP programmers with Russian motherlanguage is needed. Note: I know there will be some people without perfect Russian will bid on this project as they always do ;) Especially the bidders who bid without reading the project title and details will prove once again how sad people they are. They will be complained to freelancer admin.
