Desktop Software for Banner and Audio script

Need 2 desktop software applications 1- banner script made into a desktop application name of the software will be "Banner Cloaker" This software will have the same function as the script, but it will also allow user to browse their PC for the image in addition to entering the url of the image on their server 2- audio script made into a desktop application name of the software will be "Audio Generator" This software will have the same function as the script, but it will also have different color and size audio buttons to choose from and users will be able to browse their pc for the mp3 file and also enter a url for the mp3 on their server. Applications will be made with the "ease of use" in mind, so that the user will have no problem using the software. It will be so easy a 5 year old can use it. Would also like the software to have a link to a help file which will explain how to use the software.
