Customized Wordpress, Joomla, or PHP Website Needed

I need a custom website built and want to use either Wordpress, Joomla 3.1 or PHP to complete it. Because there are many elements to the page, I will list some of them here, others I will need to discuss with you in further detail. Items of this project that will be needed consist of: Custom home page design using Photoshop (Squeeze Page/ Landing Page Style) I will need to see your previous designs, ONLY landing page and squeeze page designs which have an internet marketing sign up form are to be submitted. I need to see you can handle this task without issue. Interior of site is for written content, products, sales, purchased electronic file downloads, product preview pages, membership control as well as front end membership access management for member only areas and content, video and audio playing capabilities. This site will consist of using popups in areas, lightbox usage, special sales offers, timed sales offers, and more. I will need full capabilities in the admin to set every inch of this site that is needed. Member accounts, products and store, article content with editors, audio and video linking, etc, etc, etc... Want to have an actual members forum area contact forms, captcha protection throughout the site on any non registered user areas. Other special conditions are required to ward off spambots as well. Want the site to be primarily update worthy too so we need to use ideas that are not going to create issues in a month when updates are reissued. I want a site that has everything a site should have. If you do not know what that is, you can not do this project either. I am very into social networking and using Facebook and Twitter to drive traffic including the Add This or Share This social buttons for other networks the users may be using. All these options will need to be visible and an option in all areas. Options for print, email, and PDF download options used in article areas and such. Would need sliders in areas, and possibly some animation stuff as well with some additional banner options. I know this is not fully detailed, but I can go into specifics with the right persons that fit the profile of programmer I need to use here. Please ask me for more details if needed. Milestone payments created during progress, but not released until work is either completed or other arrangements have been made.
