Custom canopies features

I need someone who can incorporate a feature that allows customers to design their own canopies (for RC helicopters) similar to this ([login to view URL],,,,) with less custom options into an existing OS COMMERCE store. This features should allow customers to customize their canopies in pre-defined sections . They will also have the ability to add their name in the pre-defined spaces. I would like this feature to use Javascript and flash if possible. Also customers must have the ability to add their custom canopies to their shopping cart. When a custom order go through to the admin panel, it needs to show all the detail customizations and images in order detail so that our man can easily know what to do with that custom order. And of course we will need a written instructions on how to handle this new feature.
