On our website,www.t--e(-#k---!h%-a+tta%[login to view URL] (omit all symbols), we need a form that can integrate with LiveChatInc chat software. On our homepage, where it says "Need IT Help? Let's Get Started." we need a form box that says "What can we help you with?", an option for the customer to submit the inquiry, and it automatically opens a live chat with their inquiry seamlessly.
