CSS + Javascript/AJAX

Hi all, I need a CSS + Javascript expert, to design a "single" web page for me. So basically, work involves: 1) Layout of the page (using tables, frames, and menus) and designing "elegant" buttons for the menus. 2) Some javascript tricks to show/hide some frames, etc. --------------- If you know PHP as well, its better as I need you to write some scripts that will update some static HTML pages daily from my database (will be run in a cron job). --------------- Task is simple. I am looking for "proficiency" and "elegant GUI design". Your code must be very clean (no html errors and search engine friendly). I expect the whole work to take no more than 4-5 hours for an expert. Regards!
