Cancelled Paid on delivery

We are looking for a highly experienced frontend web developer, who is very capable in creating cross-browser web application interfaces using CSS and JavaScript. We want this developer for a long term hourly-based relationship. We'd start with a few tasks in the first weeks, but ultimately, you must be comfortable committing at least 20 hours per week. Advance negotiations and notices for work load will be communicated.

What we need from you now to apply is a few points.

1) Bid on fixing the following page (titled "Contact Us"): [url removed, login to view] Review its rendering in all browsers and bid on how much you think it would cost to fix the layout problems. Include what browsers you found problems on, and how long you'd take to fix them. If you can inform us with other rendering issues in the other pages of the site, that would be a plus.

2) Your Hourly Rate.

3) Samples of your CSS and JavaScript work.

4) What browsers/platforms do you test on. Please do not exagerrate, we understand testing is a time consuming process and several platforms may not be accessible to many. Describe what browsers and platforms combinations you can test on, and what is your sequence/process in testing, if you have one.

5) How many hours per week for the next 6 weeks can you work for us.

Thanks, and good luck.
