CSS and HTML - Template design

WHAT I HAVE I have a software application that generates web pages by extracting data from an access database and then creates a website. It does this locally on the clients PC. The client has the option of making minor modifications to these pages. Using an inbuilt style editor that edits the css stylesheet. This allows the client to change say for example his pages, background, colour, menu colour, text etc. In addition the end user can also select from 4 template choices. 3 standard templates or Option of using a "custom design" At present I am working with the programmer to improve the application. WHAT I NEED In the short term I require three distinct "NEW" template sets. These templates will inlcude images and flash where appropriate. CSS stylesheet/s per template set And these pages should be SEO optimised ## Deliverables Please refer to attachment for full requirements and sample files.
