CMS engine in PHP (Based on WYSIWYG)

PHP based CMS Using MySQL). including: 1. a full WYSIWYG interface: that should have basic functionalities you fine in Dreamweaver. The GUI it self will be very user friendly, designed by my company and sent to the coder in HTML format. 2. multiple templates support: (the templates the selves shouldn’t be editable, but the user should be able to turn on and off certain components (such as a search box, scrolling news ETC.). there will be a few templates for each site, some for different languages and some for different types of pages such as a product catalog page, a few templates for text pages ETC. what’s more it that the templates them selves will be built out of HTML files I import into the system. e.g. one, or more files for the side bar, header, footer and main area. The user should be able to build a page turning on and off or change the template for each part so he has some degree of control on how a page should look. He also should be able to save a certain combination of templates for future use. 3. Full wizards for creating new pages. 4. personal file folder 5. users management (for managers and site users) 6. Editable user registration forms (the site owner should be able to include, add and delete certain fields. 7. duplicating a whole site or page to another language (then the user can change the text within) 8. a banner control engine for: place in the page depending on design. Begin and end date of appearance, number of clicks ETC. 9. chat module 10. forums 11. Fully functional catalog with cart. 12. a smart search engine. 13. News letter (this will include a special engine for creating them) 14. SMS sending 15. News and events calendar. 16. Multiple language site (support for all languages!!!) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
