We are looking for a freelance programmer who is concerned with upgrading an existing software written by a freelance with which the agency no longer wishes to work. The project is located in Italian. Inside the attached document is available on a link to see the platform currently up and running.
Different interventions are required to adapt the software to new requirements.
The software currently handle bookings for major events. The management is able to create new events and the back end has a wizard for setting up hotels and Accommodations.
The application also manages the registration process of users at the event, guiding the compilation of biographical details and the initial payment. Available methods of payment are cash and bank transfer. Cash mode, the management displays a text message, while Bank Transfer mode is required to upload a document to enter the accounting entry, which then will be confirmed by a human.
The software also has a module that controls the sex of participants and, when activated, blocks the insertion of user data if it exceeds a ratio 50% female / 50% men.
Finally, management also enables the reservation of a means of transport provided by the event, during the creation of new event.
