Avatar Creator

We require the creation of an "avatar" maker that young users (9-13 range) will use as part of a collaborative educational website. The component needs to be integrated into a website, and ideally would be written in PHP. The application must produce an image file that will be used for the avatar on posts etc. The interface should be simple, with the expectation that more graphics can be added later.
