Audio Podcast Feed Player Widget in Flash

We have an Audio Podcast Blog (Wordpress) and distribute the Feed using Feedburner.com. We want to have a Flash based Podcast Player Widget which can be added to any website. The Player will display and play episodes of our Podcast based on the RSS feed. The Player can be configured to display multiple episodes with Episode title. Listeners can select an episode and listen. The player should have a play, stop and pause buttons. The player dimensions should be flexible so that size can be adjusted to include the widget at any location of a website (Example left Column with maximum width of 140 px). Width between 140 px to 250 px and Height: 250 px to 350 px. The Player can be configured to auto play or not as per the requirement and should have transparent background. Although we are not choosy about the colour but a distinct and professional look will be appreciated. The Player should load quickly on all the popular Internet browsers and should stream the audio in place of loading the audio completely. This is very important, as we don't want the webpage load slowly because of the player downloading the files. We should be able to configure our logo within the Podcast player for customisation.
