Add functionality to a website

This project is all about adding the functionality to a website. I have the html files which will need to be converted to PHP and the functionality added. You need to modify only 3 pages. You will need to add some JavaScript/AJAX and some PHP.

Here is what you have to do in PHP:

- simple contact us forms (2) + add captcha

- a simple shopping cart feature (no registration required or history) with just check out function. Check out with PayPal, 2CO and some other manual options, but this I still have to decide if it needs to be implemented or not and I could have just the order sent to a e-mail address and processing of the payment will be done in other ways.

Here is what you have to do in JavaScript/AJAX:

- random images script

- dynamic form (with multiple options) and some animation - MOST IMPORTANT FEATURE. This form will have 4 main sections. Each section will have option with Radio buttons and depending on what button is pressed some fields will show.

We do not need customers to register, nor do we need a database.

I will try to give you scripts I want integrated so you do not have to come up with something made from scratch.

Case study (so you see how functionality should be):

- user visits the website

- enters the store

- selects first product he wants

- in the product screen there are multiple options:

- first there is an option to upload a file (extension of the file should be checked NO script files allowed, only zip, rar, pdf, gif, jpg)

- then we have price selector based on the quantity

- then we have options for the delivery

- a section for promotional codes

NOTE: all forms if changed will change the pricing

- when all done then we have 2 options add to chart or cancel

- if add to cart then show cart and show shop more button and check out

- if shop more then the above process is repeated

- if check out then customer is sent to a page where he fills some simple information

- e-mail

- name

- phone number

- company name and details

- on check out an e-mail is sent with all the details from the shopping cart (and processing with PayPal or the like should take place (if this will be implemented))

My target price is 50$ for the job, keep in mind you need to modify/add functionality to 3 pages only, one page is the one holding the product with the "shopping cart".

Work will be done on your server or mine, once all files are with me and I test the pages payment will be transferred to you in full. There might be some other requirements not captured on this initial project description, but the work should not be substantial.
