Co-browse project using proxy architecture

I want to develop a hosted co-browse solution. By co-browse or collaborative browsing, I mean that this is used for customer service. The Customer Service Rep (CSR) helps a user with online transactions. The CSR "jointly" browses the website with the user and can guide him through transactions on any website. This would include seeing the same pages the customer is seeing and seeing what the customer is typing in different fields (text fields etc.). The architecture would involve developing a sort of proxy server, so that when a user goes to [[url removed, login to view]][1] he goes to [www.myserver.com/url=[url removed, login to view]][2] . The user will use an "artificial" address bar, and not the main one in the IE browser. Something similar is on [[url removed, login to view]][3]. When the request goes through the proxy, the proxy forwards it to say yahoo and changes the headers. When the response comes back the response is sent to both the CSR and the customer. This is how both the CSR and the customer "share" the same view. There is also a chat interface required along with the cobrowse.

The other features will be:

* A Shared Pointer ??" highlight and point to specific links or text on a Web page

* Joint Form-Filling ??" Fill out forms together online, ensure data accuracy

* CoBrowse to your secure pages behind user IDs & passwords and view user's cookie

* Start sessions with one or two-way control

* End to end SSL encryption of all data

* Proxy Firewall accessibility
