We need to develop a connector to SMS center of a mobile operator, under SMPP 3.4 to send and receive SMS and DLRs at very high speed, with multiple bind to separate traffic (MO, aplication MT, bulk SMS, etc).

Application needs to run in Lynux, preferably using Python or PHP.

We use MySQL for database.

Only a programmer with proven demostrable experience in SMPP protocol and similar projects will be accepted.
