Concert project in PHP and Perl to Java and JSP and run it in windows 7 instead of Ubuntu

Hi Freelancers, I have project for recommending articles which has been created in Perl and PHP in Linux (ubuntu). I tried to run the project, it does not show any error , but in the same time it does not recommend any article, where I do not know the reason causes such problem. I assigned this project to freelancer before he removed all the errors but he failed to make this project work properly, so the project still does not work (does not recommend any articles), the interfaces and some functions work but recommending articles does not work. The requirement for this project as follow: 1- Please read carefully the attached documents. The first one "[login to view URL]" is paper describe how this project and give full idea about different components for this project how they communicate with each other. The second attachment "[login to view URL]" is instructions how to run this project in your machine (Linux) where this attachment has been followed by the previous freelancer but it the project still doesn’t recommend any article (does not work). Please read these two attachments carefully before taking the project. The third attachment "[login to view URL]" which contains the project itself, so you can download it and run it in your machine and make sure that it does work. 2- After you run the project in Ubuntu I want you please to change the project language to Java instead of Perl and JSP instead of PHP, then I want you to run the project in windows 7 environment (in my machine) instead of Ubuntu, so I will give you access through TeamViewer to access to my machine any run the project. The project already installed in my Ubuntu machine, but still does not work, so you can access remotely If you would like and run it in my machine, or if you prefer to take the project and run it in your machine and converted to Java and JSP and run it windows 7 environment, then have a remote access to my machine then run it in my windows, it completely up to you, so you can choose. “This is very important requirement”. 3- I need the project to finish as soon as possible and maximum period I can give is 2 days no more than this time. So, today is Monday, Please I want the project to be running in my machine on Wednesday (after two days) .“This is very important requirement”. 4- The freelancer should expert in : PHP, Perl, Java, JSP, HTML,Ubuntu, Linux and Windows.
