Cell phone text messaging and video to populate data on website.

I have a client that wants to populate his website via his cell phone. He will take a picture of an item. He will then choose to email the picture. Before it is sent we will text message a description of the item. Then he will email it to the server. At the server the email will have to be verified, read to determine what category to sell it in, look for pictures vs video ,sound etc. A text message will then need to be sent back to the cell phone with its findings. The receiver can then make changes text message back to the server if the choose. **I am only looking for your ideas about the best way to do this project.** If you have a thought please describe it a little and bid $10 . This is a great way for you to get an easy 10 avg rating Later when I begin developing the project I will of course invite you . ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
