Basic File Transfer Using Sockets in Java

Simple client-server program in Java using stream sockets which will transfer a file to a client. Send the file using different buffer sizes (i.e., 1K, 2K, 4K, 8K, 16K, 32K,....). No GUI just the code to be ran on a DOS window. The simplest/clearest the better.
