Auto vote bot (xtremetop100.com, etc sites)

Hi, I am in need of an --Auto Vote Bot-- that can vote on sites such as [[login to view URL]] and other sites similar. This bot would need to: -Bypass captchas (If no captcha, the bot will just vote straight away) -Change IP's once vote is complete -Find working proxies to use The bot must: -Vote 200+ times every 12 hours with each vote being from a different IP address. -Be straightforward and easy to use And: -Give simple, detailed instructions on the use of the program What I need is a bot to help me reach the TOP of these websites. If there are any recommendations you can give as to how to make this better, I encourage you to give your input. For any users giving great input on how to make this better, you will definitely have the advantage. I would like this done when possible.
