ANDROID application

I need a simple ANDROID application coded QUICK, must work so that I can upload it to google marketplace. It can lead to much ongoing work on improving it and adding features later if interested. For now I want an application that will do simple drawing whiteboard functionality between two users, it can work just over wifi or over 3G/4G or both. I want this done QUICK, so initially if it is easier to take a drawing and send it to the other user's android device and they in turn can draw on top of it and send it back , that is OK , it doesn't have to do realtime drawing for both participants in this first version. There will be BONUS for how quick everything is done. (I don't have much cash at the moment but this can lead to a lot of follow-up work on this application and many others...) So for now, I need these simple capabilities implemented quickly for a couple hundred dollars. I do not care if you use PHONEGAP or if you use Open Source code or free example code as long as the license does not force me to keep the source code open.? So if you find some completely free android demo app that basically does most of what i want, feel free to modify that for me. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform If using PHONEGAP, it should work right on at least two devices, one of which should be Android, the other could be Iphone or Symbian or BlackBerry.
